- afandian 10y agoThe whole Oracle v Google case ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oracle_America,_Inc._v._Google,_Inc https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oracle_America,_Inc._v._Google.... ) is about an API (distinct from executable code).
