But if there were one, I am certain that HN-the-management retained the right to dismiss, suppress, delete, or otherwise remove from play posts and comments as they will, with no appeal, no recourse, and no visibility. Those little arrows and the typical case lead us to believe that HN functions algorithmically. I am sure it does, in the 99% case. Criticism of the unpardonable actions of Peter Thiel and criticism of the indefensible decision to do business with him is obviously the 1% case.
