The point here is that the substance of the claims is not in dispute. It is well documented and acknowledged by the court. There are multiple problems with UK secret courts and their draconian and excessive powers being wielded in venomous ways. The UK is not a safe place to have a dispute with petty public officials as they resort to these powers and others to attack those who fail to comply with 'right-think' or question authority.
