In Spain there are more setup costs, and a minimum capital of ~6000EUR IIRC.
- arethuza 17y agoWhen we set up in the UK I'm pretty sure we had £100 of authorized share capital, but that we only had £2 of issued shares. So each of the two founders had one £1 share!
