Luckily I don't have many tenants yet: I replaced my wildcard AlphaSSL with a couple of Lets Encrypt certs to fill the 4 day gap. Four days of inaccessibility is just not acceptable. This is a real mess.

Did the issue directly affect your AlphaSSL site? So far mine's continued to work. May have dodged a bullet by using OCSP stapling, though.

  Yes it did. I have had multiple emails from clients who could not access the platform.
