How about the dozens of other seemingly qualified people who have complained about the google process?

IE the literally tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands who haven't? Again, i'm not saying there is no problem, i'm just saying this is probably not a great mechanism to evaluate whether there is a problem or not. If you want actual usable data, this wouldn't be the way to get it, good or bad.
