- paulddraper 10y agoYes, that is pedantic. I'm talking about residency, not citizenship. Citizenship is more arbitrary: * Does citizenship include Native Americans? * Does citizenship include slaves? * Which of the Revolutionary War casualties were U.S. citizens?
