This depends on local laws. In many places it is illegal for landlords to deny applicants because of their source of income.
- ng12 10y agoIn the US? Landlords do not have to accept Sec 8 and as far as I am aware no state has a law against rejecting an applicant for lack of income/credit. On the federal level income status is not protected.
