Probably referring to asians(including indians). Outside of silicon valley, you see a lot of asian developers whose families came from poor immigrant families.
- mcv 10y agoMy experience with Indian programmers is that they tend to come from the Indian middle class. Middle class in India may be poorer than in the US, but they're still well educated.
