- SOLAR_FIELDS 10y agoUntil Electron becomes more mature Atom will never compete on the desktop in terms of speed. Although it could probably be argued now that Atom has a better plugin ecosystem in regards to your comments about customization.
- madeofpalk 10y agoVS Code is based on Electron as well but manages to perform significantly better than Atom.
