Why do they make you do the coding exercises if you went to MIT or Stanford?
- GFischer 10y agoMaybe for regulatory aspects in the U.S. (deflect lawsuits or something) Outside the U.S., my only experience with MIT graduates was them being hired on the spot. Almost no interview.
