I'll leave deciding if artificial sweeteners are bad for you to the experts, but I do know that artificial sweeteners have a bad aftertaste in my experience.
- kyriakos 10y agoThis is completely based on my experience, I find aspartame based drinks to feel more like real sugar while Stevia based drinks really alter the flavor and leave a bitter after taste.
