It's still a graph with single points of failure throughout, right?
- danieloaks 10y agoFor now, yeah. Devs from various servers are experimenting with alternate s2s protocols aiming to solve this though.
- Senji 10y agoAn irc network can have several servers. If one goes down if the others are online you can connect to any one of them and still be ok. A net split will happen but they tend to resolve fast.
