The trend in private (as in commercial, non profit etc) internet is exactly opposite. Why do you expect the public (as in state) to be different?
- EGreg 10y agoBecause as I said, trends are largely a function of available technology. There is a reason we put up with long DMV lines and mailed everything with USPS, until the web eventually moves all that stuff online.
