A similarity score for a pair of columns doesn't give you an ordering that you can use for sorting.
- Houshalter 10y agoSure it does, just run it multiple times. First pick a random slice. Then find the most similar slice and place it next to it. Then find the most similar slice to that and place it next to that, and so on. (And do this in both directions from the starting slice to get both sides.) Eventually you will complete the whole image.
