This is why I taught my daughters the four magic words when it comes to getting paid: FUCK YOU PAY ME It's all about an aggressive attitude towards compensation. It's why I make so much and others whom I believe deserve more than me do not. They just aren't aggressive enough. You have to be aggressive by default when it comes to compensation. It's not about the words per se, but the attitude.
