Revoke the Epipen trademark immediately! They declared their own product to be generic after all.
- charlesdm 10y agoI believe they said the epinephrine in the pen is generic (i.e. non trademarked), but the actual device (the pen) is.
- AstralStorm 10y agoWhich means it was misclassified, as Medicare patients are not paying for Epinephrine, but for the pen.
