We need to be absolutely strict on net neutrality and zero rating or we will end up with something a lot worse than Facebooks "free" internet. It is hard to argue against free Netflix etc but the end goal of these activities is clearly to centralise the internet (targeting poorer / disadvantaged people first), and turn the internet into a modern television-like propaganda machine.
