Infy can do it cheaper coz not only they are paying in Indian Rupees and not in USD they don't have these much costs (All these extras are much cheaper in India) . Also, most Microsoft internal users are pretty tech-savvy so they are more ready to work with a customer service to resolve a technical issue than regular users
