Got any tips on convincing my employer to OK a sit/stand desk? Not allowed to bring in my own desk, sadly:-(
- dminor 10y agoGet a better employer? :) More seriously, having a note from your doctor might help. When I was having back pain I saw a physiatrist, who recommended a sit/stand desk and physical therapy (both effective), and I asked for a note for the desk which she happily supplied.
