- macawfish 10y agoI just switched to Arch recently, and only then became aware of systemd. I have to say (as an init scripting noob) that I appreciate how systemd scripts seem more naturally organised than init.d scripts. Having dependencies specified explicitly helps me to understand how the system works much more easily than cryptic directories full of numbered init scripts ever have.
