I use the Echo/Alexa for calling an uber (because my last step for getting ready to leave is usually 'find my phone'). Also, reservations are pretty easy to do over voice. "Book me a table for 2 at Hakkasan this Friday at 7" is enough for an app to get right, clocking in at only 11 words.
