"Caution: The 6P's thermal performance is not representative of the consumer Daydream-ready devices that will be launching later this year. In particular, expect the 6P to thermally throttle CPU and GPU performance after a short period of use, depending on workload."
- daveloyall 10y agoSounds like a home-made heatsink could increase performance for that device. And based on the photos of Daydream, I'd say there's room to install one... I think getting good heat transfer connectivity might be tough (does that device get hot on the front or back?) and weight might be a problem.
