I think in general self driving cars shouldn't be required to kill their own passengers. Otherwise, people will be unlikely to want to drive them. Or maybe, at least, like a human driver, they should be able to enter their own preferences. Perhaps this site is a predecessor to that? Everybody will have a moral profile, akin to an organ donor card. It will show the preferences for killing people in accidents ("kill me if the victim would be a baby, but don't brake for fat white men").
