I've seen similar statistics on several occasions over the last decade or so. I was never given the impression that it was a study, moreso that it was a very basic analysis based on the number of complaints filed for a period after body cameras were implemented. This is the first time I've read something that actually has an aura of being a study. I'm a little leery of only seven departments being looked at, but that's just a pointer that further study needs to be done. The numbers are promising.
