It's not a matter of sucking it up. OP clearly has emotional difficulties. It would be nice if OP could share a lil about his relation with his father.

- totalZero 10y agoTalking about emotions is barking up a fruitless tree. Better to accept that life is not perfect and find the way forward, despite imperfection.
