Are your two startups making any money? If not, then you need to focus on one first. Also, why not work with your dad part of the time? Or at least help him out with the technology in the business. From what I've seen you have the programming and design skills. However, from your post it does seem like you lack the business skill set. You can either learn from him, or by working at a company. You're lucky you have a good resource. How often are you applying to jobs? You have the skill set and the market is good. It shouldn't be hard to find a job in your situation? Also, family is the most important thing and your parents don't get any younger :).
