A great idea. When my girlfriend got sick and immunent death was a realistic possibility, she wrote down all her usernames and passwords on a piece of paper, which I then put in a drawer in my home office, only to look at when the worst happened. It struck me at the time as being insecure but the low tech solution worked. Perhaps this site would have been a better solution.
