Last I rode it, wifi wasn't enabled on the Canadian side, apparently due to Washington and Oregon budget cuts. Which is a real bummer, the route follows the coast and high-speed data is spotty or unavailable in several areas. Other than that I love taking the Cascade train, customs is much easier and faster than traveling by road and I get way more work done.
