But those remain out of reach for many people because the developers decided to add a dog spa or a quinoa bar or whatever in order to have an excuse to jack up the prices by 50%. Even cities that are allowing new development are largely missing simple, no-bullshit housing for people whose incomes are above the poverty line but below six figures.
