I am surprised to see at 8:04 that "Not very responsive service". Oracle charges a lot of money and their support should be better.

  Oracle is very responsive with suggestions for trivial tickets, like how to use an existing feature. They are nigh worthless for adding features or fixing bugs that you're the first to file on. So their support is good for average workloads, but non-existent for extreme cases - like Internet-scale systems.
