Speculative summary: because cars with drivers kill more people, and while drivers can be assisted with technology, there's more opportunity to drive the accident rate further down with driverless cars.
- AstralStorm 10y agoThis is assuming that assisted driving is worse than autonomous. Until a serious study is ran and a good test suite designed, we are left with fear and suppositions.
