UPS is amazing where I am. Our local driver knows where to put my packages. When he is off, he has trained the other drivers to do the same. USPS and Fed-EX are horrible in my area. They often mark packages as "undeliverable as addressed" and I have to call and complain. I had an Amazon rep stick up for this behavior recently. The rep said "well maybe you aren't on a GPS or perhaps you haven't labeled your house clearly enough or maybe your address is different than what you think it actually is (given roads get re-named over time)"
