Looks like this report deliberately chosen negative stats and use of non zero y axis in some graphs made me cringe as well.
- Mathnerd314 10y agoRight, they clearly set out to prove that marijuana should not have been legalized. But from my perspective, the lack of convincing statistics is more convincing than the Cato report's lack of any effect at all.
- mikey_p 10y agoNot to mention that lack of any control data or comparison to other factors, like alcohol.
- _r5wf 10y agoInterestingly AFAIK, Cato institute is pro-legalization.
