I wonder what the relation is between "We need more <gender> in <sector>" and the average salary of workers in a sector?
- ralusek 10y agoLet's see some more females in the coal mines.
- Senji 10y agoDetrimental. Average Salaries plummet as more women join a field. They don't bargain for raise as much as men instead settling for less and thus drive prices down. Also more available labor pouring in will always decrease salaries.
