Wings flex while in flight. Either the cells need to handle that stress or the wing needs to be super rigid. Neither is particularly easy to achieve.

- dogma1138 10y agoWings can't be rigid, the fluttering would shred them to pieces or worse transfer to the main body and shred it pieces (tho at 35-40K ft it doesn't really matter what breaks apart ;)).
