I think it would make sense to provide pre-build packages for few popular distros (Ubuntu, CentOS, Arch). There are some tools that make it much easier, i.e. fpm (https://github.com/jordansissel/fpm https://github.com/jordansissel/fpm).
- jesseruder 10y agoWe're planning on doing an AppImage for Linux since we're using Electron Builder (https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-builder https://github.com/electron-userland/electron-builder). Just haven't had time for it yet!
