How would you have a process that is both anonymous and discriminatory?
- yodsanklai 10y agoDiscriminatory in the sense that the distribution of "winner" in terms of minorities doesn't match the distribution of candidates. I assume it can be the case that minority X is much better at solving maths puzzles than minority Y.
