I've been using episode-alert.com for the past year to track TV shows. Really useful. It also sends you an email when a new episode is out.

- ikeboy 10y agoShout-out for sidereel.com They send emails for new episodes, and also allow you to mark episodes as watched, which is great for working through archives. I only wish they had something for movies as well.
