- DenisM 17y agoI think Yahoo search is now Bing, and it's not all that bad I heard.
- papachito 17y agoNo, it's not bing yet, still yahoo for now.
- alanthonyc 17y agoYahoo outsourced their search to Bing as of a while ago.
- endtime 17y agoWell, they agreed to do so a while ago. But these things take time to happen.
- alanthonyc 17y agoMy bad: "Bing results should be appearing on the Yahoo! sites in the second half of 2010." http://www.pandia.com/sew/1944-the-end-of-yahoo-search-bing-takes-over.html http://www.pandia.com/sew/1944-the-end-of-yahoo-search-bing-...
- amock 17y agoI quit using Google a couple of years ago because I was getting way too many results that were SEO optimized with no content. I was also tired of Google manipulating my search terms to provide what it thought were other good things to search for but were really not related. I used Yahoo before Google launched so I checked it out again and the results were great, so I stuck with it. I haven't tried going back because it seems like Google has lots of smart people producing things they think are cool, like Wave, Buzz, and Android, that aren't very good search related consumer products.
