Flybrix is having a very successful launch today driven by a PR strategy that goes against Steps 2 and 3 of this advice. We hired a great PR firm to manage contacts and we got blanket coverage everywhere because of a press embargo. I don't think I could have managed this on my own and on the timeline we did it.
