Ask YC foreign founders: How did you guys get setup?

As a follow-up to this Ask PG (http://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=1253547), what did you guys do to get setup once you got accepted to YC. From a company registration stand-point. Which state did you register in, what company structure, what merchant did you use, which bank account, what type of company (i.e. web app, device like WakeMate, etc.), what type of revenue structure (recurring, one time, etc.)? Any details you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
