Ask HN: What to do with ideas?

How can one profit/monetize a skill in predicting future innovations/applications or having innovative ideas without actually being the implementator? Is this something that is literally worth nothing? I do not have huge funds to be an angel investor/accelerator nor the Elon Musk appeal to find willing people to implement everything that I say. P.S Just to keep it generic I don't want to focus on myself and my skills.
