That is like saying Google had not hand in success of Youtube because it was initially done by someone else. Dont you agree that Mylan deserves a hifi for making it useful and famous ?
- AstralStorm 10y agoNo, it was used and famous way earlier. Ditto YouTube and Google.

They didn't make it useful (they didn't make it anything, they bought it as is) and as for famous, the only thing they made it famous for is as an example of runaway medical costs, which is hardly praise-worthy. Don't get me wrong, I don't object to the concept of private property, investment and profit. But I also don't feel particularly obligated to be thankful for something Mylan didn't actually do.
