This is probably a weakness, not a strength. If cuil were a bootstrapped one-person operation it would be very easy to cut the cord and move on to something else.

- ahoyhere 17y agoAnd the "us" vs "them" mentality. It's much easier to fall into for smart, sane people when they're surrounded by other people doing the same thing. After all, if it's so nuts, why doesn't Joanna / Bob quit?. Social proof.
