- olalonde 10y agoThat is pretty much my point.
- argv_empty 10y agoThose three are claimed as necessary conditions, not sufficient conditions. I agree that "engineer" also implies some degree of technical skill (like understanding the difference between sufficient and necessary).
- crpatino 10y agoAnd chickens have two legs. But it does not make you a chicken, does it?
