Can you just get the nutrition supplements from the drug store or are those all no good? I want to supplement magnesium since I am sure I am not getting enough.
- cyrusc 10y agoYes most of these can be found in basic drug stores or health food stores, especially magnesium supplements or natural supplements such as ashwagandha. However, you won't find any finils or racetams except online.
