I only ever use Skype to talk to my parents back at home, it works OK. I'm wondering if there is a better system though, the main issue is my parents are used

I only ever use Skype to talk to my parents back at home, it works OK. I'm wondering if there is a better system though, the main issue is my parents are used to using Skype, it would be an uphill struggle to get them to feel comfortable with something new.
