Hiring an accountant is not really easy either, though it's made easier by the fact that accountants are fairly well established. If accounting had been invented recently, it would be hard to find someone who knows what to do and it would be hard to get the rest of the company to operate in a way that allows him to do it. The more companies do this, the easier it well get. The fewer people do this, the more of a competitive edge it is.
