According to Wikipedia, they turned over 30,000 pieces of paper.
I'm amazed that it isn't a requirement that documents be turned over in an electronically searchable format in most legal scenarios.
- generj 10y agoIt's a pretty common tactic, especially in discovery for civil cases. Law firms routinely pay people to type up printed documents so they can be keyword searched. I agree it should be a matter of contempt of court when clearly used as a delaying tactic.
